What this service is
Robb Falls Child Behaviour Consultancy provides behaviour consultancy and parent and school education. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care or psychological diagnosis, and it does not replace any of these.
The personality profile is a tool for understanding how a child approaches the world, not a clinical assessment.
Outcomes
Every child is different. I am confident in the approach, which is why the guarantee exists, but I cannot promise a specific outcome. Parents and schools remain responsible for the care and decisions they make for their child.
Safeguarding and health
If a child is at risk of harm, I cannot keep that confidential and will encourage you to involve the right services.
